Question in using function "mortality.fishing.type; catches"

Hi Nicolas,
Recently, I intend to employ the function “mortality.fishing.type; catches” (Version: 3 update 2) for simulating the scenarios. When using the function “mortality.fishing.catches.sp#” and “mortality.fishing.season.distrib.file.sp#” the model ran successfully. But the model failed to run after using the function “mortality.fishing.catches.byDt.bySize.file.sp” with warning as below:

Would you please help me find out what caused this problem? Thank you very much.

Hi Lei

Could you please try a most recent version of Osmose? For instance, the 3.3.3 version? I think that this issue has been solved (to the best of my recollection, it was a typo in the parameter name in the Java code).

You will find the Osmose versions here: https://github.com/osmose-model/osmose/tree/master/inst/java

Let me know if it works. If not, please send me an archive (on my email address, nicolas.barrier@ird.fr) with your configuration file.

Nicolas
