grid.netcdf.file

Dear OSMOSE community,
I was having problems to run OSMOSE version 3.3.3 defining the grid with a NetCDF file that included Longitude, Latitude and a Mask.
The problem was fixed by changing the parameter:
grid.java.classname = fr.ird.osmose.grid.OriginalGrid
to
grid.java.classname = fr.ird.osmose.grid.NcGrid
Thanks a lot for the support.

Hi Mariana

Is your NetCDF grid a regular grid? If so, one way is to change the following parameter

grid.java.classname;fr.ird.osmose.grid.NcGrid

In this class, the attributes that you provide should work.

Else, you can use the extract_grid_param function of the osmose R package, which allows to extract from a NetCDF file all the parameters that you need (upleft, lowright, etc.)
